Hoping it was something temporary I stopped using the website, but four hours later it's still there. We set the limit at I think, which should be enough for almost anything, but maybe you were doing some multiprocessing stuff that got out of hand?

Try opening your process listing from the button on the consoles page and killing a few processes? It wasn't anything I was doing on purpose, but I guess it's one of the libraries I was using.

Maybe I was supposed to do something to terminate the process; I'll have to investigate. Is there a way to kill the processes from Bash? Because from the web interface it seems I have to kill them one by one, which is a bit bothersome.

I'm not a Linux expert, but I'm aware of ps and topbut it seems you need root permissions for those. I know you closed this, but I've tried literally all day and all recommendations on all the threads I could find. I even uninstalled all Anaconda distributions and Python distributions, re-installed them, and still same issue.

There are a number of SO hits on this issue, some of which state that pip install pypiwin32 resolved the issue. I don't have access to a windows machine, so can't really help much more than this - sorry. This is still the same issue, failed import of win32api.

Did you try pip install pywin32 into the correct environment? How should I resolve it? I tried a lot reading lot of stuffs on github and solving it, but nothing works out.

Please help. If you're dealing with virtual envs or conda environments, where you installed pywin32 matters. I would create a one line python script that imports win32api and get that python script to not throw ModuleNotFoundError.

You'll know things are better when that same invocation yields nothing indicating the import statement worked. Also focus on where your python command is coming from and relative to your jupyter command. The multiple envs can be confusing. I had also referenced pypiwin32 before since that's what SO posts used, but try pywin32 as well. That's good actually. So now try to get pywin32 installed in such a way that the import statement succeeds.

Probably your python3 kernelspec points to a Python executable that no longer exists. Try installing a kernelspec from your tensorflow environment. I have a very similar error but only for one specific jupyter notebook file. I have a few jupyter notebook files, all of them open without any problem, but one particular opens in python2 and says kernel error.

Terminal shows this error bottom. Why not all the other.

I think the problem exists in the path which points to the python executable. I did 'jupyter kernelspec list' which spit out. Upon examining this directory closely I found kernel. It had. There was no 'bin' directory but python executable was present directly inside 'uterm1' so i edited the path removing 'bin' to finally include.

This solved my problem and everything worked as it used to. Conclusion : Edit the path in kernel.
